Golden Ball

The gold ball is often called the beginner or basic ball. This ball is necessary for those who want to start practicing YBR®. Has a softer texture and provides more surface when you sink on it, hold your weight without feeling a hard texture.
This is the ball we recommend in most abdominal work, chest and working the sideline. In addition, we recommend specifically for lower back issues and pregnancy. All those people who have osteoprosis, fibromyalgia or are rehabbing from surgery should always
start with the gold ball.

Silver Ball

The silver ball is recommended you use once you're comfortable practicing all the YBR® routines on the gold ball, graduate to this harder, denser ball to get deeper into your tissues. The silver ball lets you work individual muscles in more detail.
It offers greater intensity, more profound releases, and a true deep-tissue massage experience. We guarantee you'll really feel your muscles! This is the harder edge ball that we recommend for working the legs and if your back is in good shape.
You can also use this for your back. We do not recommend this ball for abdominal, or chest or sideline work to begin with

Pearl Ball

The pearl ball has the same consistency as the gold ball but is smaller, so it sinks more deeply into your tissues for a more intense experience. It's also good for getting into small or tight areas like the neck, armpit, or between the breasts.
Called the "YBR Anywhere" ball, it is great for all office and travel routines. This ball is also recommended for children.

Black Balls

The black balls are small, which also makes them great for travel. They are a great next step to graduate to after learning all of the basics. These balls are recommended for working in details and individual muscles. You can work your legs, getting into tight spots, and going up both sides of your spine.
They can also be used in Bed Routines.

Advanced Blue Balls

The Yamuna Advanced Blue Balls are the smallest of all YBR balls. They have the same consistency as the silver balls. They are only available to those with Yamuna® Body Rolling experience.

Foot Wakers

The Foot Wakers are developed to increase flexibility, bring back movement and separation of the bones of the foot, improve muscle tone, and increase circulation and to "get your shoes out of your feet."
They wake the feet up and get them moving the way they should.

Foot Savers

The Foot Savers are created to stimulate bone, remove the effects of continual impact on the bones of the foot, and stimulate the reflexology points of the feet (which also stimulates organ function).
Foot Savers work more specifically within the different areas of the foot than Foot Wakers to align bone

Sole Heelers

The Sole Heelers, for restoring the function of the toes, bringing back their strength, flexibility. For heel separation from the rest of the foot. For a deeper stimulation and stretch of the sole of the foot.

To use the sole heelers you need foot savers as well. The foot savers are not included in the price.

Face Balls

The Face Balls are the softer balls from all Yamuna balls. They come in pairs, one middle size to use as a head-rest or working sensitive areas like chest and neck; one small ball (aprox. 3 inches) to massage the whole area of the face.

Pump

Most of our balls come deflated, so you will need a pump to use them. We have specially designed a pump that is small and powerful enough to inflate the PVC plastic balls. This pump is small, light and perfect for travel.
It comes with a removable needle, so you can also deflate your balls.

Note: many sport pumps will fit into the nozzle of the ball, but they may or may not work to inflate the ball and there is a risk of damage.
